Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible partner JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. My Instagram account @annephung is where the majority of my followers are. I post about my day-to-day life, both the good and the bad. My parents brought me into America in the year 1990 when I was just one-and-a half. I wouldn't be sharing my story with you today had my parents not worked to the max and sacrifice. Since I was confident that I would be a successful person, I was determined to achieve my goals and make my parents proud. There was a specific plan for me for my life: university, get a job, marry, purchase a house and have kids. I thought that was the epitome of success life had other plans to show me what it meant to be successful. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job the money and status did not bring me joyand I was feeling like I was wasting my life away for a paycheck even though I knew I had a destiny. As I began to move toward a new direction in my life, I realized the importance of personal training and that's what I wanted to do. I am a lover for fitness, and I love being in the company of people and am eager to help those around me. It was in 2014 that I founded my small company which will mark the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. As a Asian female working in the field, there are very few. In the coaching industry I would like to make a difference by providing quality training to assist others in becoming healthier and happier. I am also committed to helping others become empowered so that they are able to achieve their goals, follow their passions and live the life you've always wanted to live. When my work was taking off, I was struck by the greatest loss of my entire life to datein the death of my mother. Her eight-year battle was won. struggle with scleroderma, and is resting in Heaven and with me in my mind and my heart all the time. If you don't realize it at first, life can be a bit elusive in giving us what we really need. My Mom's passing changed me in so many ways and I truly believe that my mom offered me a second opportunity to live my life after her passing. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. It was now time for her to move on to her next chapter and for me to have the chance to live one that was meaningful and enjoyable. In my 30s I am awestruck by the feeling of living and being alive. I don't feel like I just exist anymore. My life is shared with my readers so that I am able to share with you my experiences and words. It will allow you to realize that you're not on your own. You are capable of achieving anything you want to. Therapy is vital as is regular. Health is the greatest riches. My hope is that you will live every moment to the fullest and have a end is without regrets as that's the only thing that we have to be confident about during this lifetime.
